Weekly Weigh In:

Im up 2 lbs?!?!?! How does that happen. I’ve even started to run this week to get some added cardio going, and ate clean all week. Guess I have to re-evaluate my diet. Cut out some more calories, which will be hard, but doable. I’m frustrated. And kind of sad. But I’m not gunna let this be an excuse to give up. After work today, 30 min jog followed by 1 hour pilates. Something has gotta give at some point. Le sigh.

I hear a lot of people say they “don’t have time” to get to a gym, prepare healthy food or go for a run. It seems like these people are implying that myself and everyone else in shape has more time in a day than they do. We don’t have more time, we MAKE more time.
I wake myself up at 4 am most mornings to get my workout in before work. Do I WANT to do that? heck no! I love sleeping in! But I make my workout a priority. It is an appointment that I do not miss. 
Make your workouts, your nutrition and your overall HEALTH a priority. “If it is important to you, you will find a way…. if not, you will find an excuse”

Amen. I have found so many excuses through out my weight loss journey. Many which have derailed me for up to a year. Now I pencil every work out in my day timer and have been consistent. That’s a first for me :)
